CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS
The Company wanted to increase productivity and speed up operations
in the office for its office based employees.
ISSUES RAISED
Given that the Company was sold its current solution without a RAID
Array by a previous supplier. Server was unreliable and slow.
The solution also had to be capable of being easily integrated
with the company's existing Hardware and Software Network Infrastructure.
SOLUTION PROVIDED
Holtnetwork supplied RAID 5 array to the Company for its office based
employees which enabled them to access diaries, E-mails, Internet,
Company Intranet and many other resources quickly more efficiently
than ever before.
Holtnetwork removed the server on Friday evening after the employees had left. We upgraded and tested the server and returned it on Monday morning before the staff arrived for work which caused no downtime and loss of productivity for the customer.
As a consequence of the solution provided, the Company's productivity significantly increased as did reliability.
