What type of project can I use the funding for?
Generally for a project that will help to develop your business, but is not part of your normal business activity. Holtnetwork will be able to help you define this more clearly.

How will I know at the beginning of a project how much it will cost?
The projects that you undertake will be delivered directly by Holtnetwork, so all financial transactions will be with us. We will set out our costs and terms of reference before you agree to the work being undertaken.

How do I claim my 40% contribution?
You don't, GME will pay us 40% of the cost directly upon satisfactory completion of the project. You will receive an invoice from us for only 60%. European funding will however not cover the VAT element, so you will have to pay 100% of the VAT.

What are the payment terms?
The financial arrangements are made directly with Holtnetwork. We will discuss and agree payment terms with you at the outset of the project.

How will I know that Holtnetwork is recommending what is right for my business?
As consultants on the GME Register we have been through a rigorous accreditation process and all projects will be examined by one of their Relationship Managers before we can begin. GME will also telephone you before the start of a project to confirm that you are happy to go ahead.

How did Holtnetwork become an approved supplier?
To become consultants we had to become accredited through the Small Business Service (SBS), be on its national register and have successfully completed the GME tendering process. GME will work constantly with us to ensure our continued high standards of delivery.

How often can I use the funding?
You can use the funding as many times as you like, for added value consultancy. We, however, want to make sure your plans are as complete as possible from the outset, so we can identify all your issues and opportunities and maximise the funding available to you.

What can I do if I am unhappy with the service I receive?
If there is a problem then GME are there to help. They will investigate your case and take the appropriate action. Before you begin a project they will contact you with details of your point of contact with them. If you are happy with the service you receive they will be just as happy to hear from you.

Is there much red tape?
Access to the funding is both easy and speedy as we do most of the work for you. We complete most of the paperwork and smooth your path to a successful outcome. We then provide you with marketing solutions to promote your business - and bill you only for 60% of the cost of our work! #
